Why do training providers change portfolio systems?
Most portfolio systems are built for everyone, so you bend your qualification to fit them. Providers end up paying for features they never use, waiting weeks for a new qualification to be added, and chasing evidence that arrives by message because the files are too big to upload. Assessors lose hours to screens that were never designed for them.
What is the platform?
One platform, with your qualification built into it. The units, criteria and range for what you deliver are set up as configuration rather than quoted for as a new project, so adding a qualification does not cost you. We host it, support it and keep improving it, and every provider on the platform gets those improvements.

Portfolios and evidence
Learners add evidence as the work happens. Observation videos upload straight into the portal from a phone, up to 2 GB each.

Assessors see the criteria and range on the same screen as the evidence, and only the work that is waiting for them.

How does one learner record reach the awarding body?
The same record passes through every person who needs it. The learner adds evidence, the assessor signs it off against the criteria, internal quality assurance samples it, and the external quality assurer reads it as it stands. Nobody copies anything into another system, and nothing is assembled the week before a visit.

Dental Nursing Academy runs DNA Portal, which we built and still run for them. Their assessors, their internal quality assurance and the awarding body all work from the same learner record, and have done through real cohorts rather than a pilot.
