Privacy notice
Last updated 16 September 2026
This notice explains what personal data Qualiflow collects through this website and when you email us, what we do with it, and your rights.
Who we are
Qualiflow Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17456864, and our registered office is 38 King George Avenue, Droitwich, England, WR9 7BB.
For anything about your data, email pete@qualiflow.co.uk.
What this notice covers
This notice covers this website and any email you send us, for example to ask for a demo.
If you are a learner or staff member at a training provider that uses DNA Portal, that provider decides how your data in the portal is used and should give you its own privacy notice. We handle that data on the provider’s behalf and only on its instructions.
When you visit this website
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not track who visits it.
The service that hosts the website, Cloudflare, receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type, because it needs them to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as your organisation, your role, the qualifications you deliver and how many learners you have.
We use it to reply to you, to arrange and follow up a demo, and, if you become a customer, to set up your account. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our products, and on taking steps you ask for before entering into a contract.
Please do not send us learners’ personal details by email.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else’s marketing. Our email is provided by Microsoft 365, and this website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both handle data only on our instructions.
Where these providers process data outside the UK, they do so with the safeguards that UK data protection law requires.
We may also share information where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to two years after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, we keep what we need for as long as you are one, and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for tax records.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct it
- ask us to delete it
- ask us to restrict how we use it
- object to how we use it
- ask for data you gave us in a format you can take elsewhere, where that applies
To use any of these rights, email pete@qualiflow.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first at pete@qualiflow.co.uk.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if anything changes, and change the date at the top.
