What does it cost?
£35 per learner per year, plus VAT. Training providers and care homes pay the same price.
There is no setup fee, no minimum number of learners and no charge for adding another qualification.
How does that compare?
Most portfolio providers charge a per learner fee and a setup or onboarding fee on top, and some charge again for each new qualification. We charge one fee per learner and nothing else, so the first year costs the same as every year after it.
What does that look like for a training provider?
A provider with 100 learners on the platform pays £3,500 a year plus VAT, with nothing to pay up front.
What does that look like for a care home?
A home with 30 staff on CareTracker pays £1,050 a year plus VAT.
What counts as a learner?
Anyone working towards a qualification or certificate on the platform during the year. Assessors, quality assurance staff and managers are not charged for. Learners who have finished stay on the record, so you can still show their work at audit, without counting as a learner the following year.
What is included?
Hosting, backups, support and updates are part of the service. Setting the platform up for your qualifications is included, and so is every improvement we make to it. There is nothing extra to install.
How do we pay, and what if we want to leave?
You pay once a year by invoice. The agreement runs for 12 months from the day you go live and renews each year. We email you 60 days before your renewal date with your learner numbers and the price, and you can stop by telling us at least 30 days before that date.
There is no exit fee. Your records are yours: we give you a full export when you leave, you keep read only access for 60 days, and then we delete your data and confirm it in writing.
